Kindred is currently penning The Next Global Millionaire, a book focusing on 9 secrets to becoming a successful overseas investor or entrepreneur.  Additionally, Kindred plans to share with readers some of the real estate secrets that have made her a successful investor despite a downturn in the American Real Estate market.
